CoResolve is a combination workshop of level 1 & 2 of Lewis Deep Democracy.

It is a quicker, more effective and immersive way to learn the eight core tools within just one workshop.

With CoResolve we originally refined Deep Democracy tools specifically for leaders & individuals to facilitate their own teams. CoResolve addresses usual issues of not being totally neutral and allows for the lead to have an opinion on what is being discussed. This means that they do not have to become a neutral mediator, and instead continue to be a part of the group.

It is developed as a facilitation method for leaders who want to practise participative leadership even in complex or emotionally intense situations. It is especially useful to help resolve conflict and address group issues. It enables us to use our diversity and difference, and to come into a productive flow.

Because of the high quality of the workshop we recommend full time mediators and facilitators to begin their Deep Democracy training with a CoResolve Workshop instead of individual Level 1 & 2 Workshops as CoResolve is the most efficient starting point.
