About Marcel Rasche
Marcel has been trained as a practitioner in Deep Democracy since 2012. With more than a decade of experience in Deep Democracy, adult education, facilitation and mediation, he became one of the first accredited German instructors for Deep Democracy in early 2021 and has been teaching the method worldwide ever since.
As an independent mediator, he works on resolving team and group conflicts in government and corporate organizations. His previous clients include the United Nations, ThyssenKrupp, Sea Watch, White & Case, Rolls Royce, UBS, ING, BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt and the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
He lives in Berlin with his wife and dog, and volunteers as a citizen judge at the local district court.
