How does this differ from the Practitioner Workshop?
The practitioner workshop is for people who want to apply Deep Democracy in their own teams. The Full Facilitators Programme is if you want to facilitate other people's teams, often in correllation to working as a full time mediator, facilitator or coach.
Our complete package covers all four levels of Deep Democracy training, from the fundamentals to certification, accompanied by an experienced coach and an inspiring peer group. Between modules, you'll have ample time to reflect on what you've learned and apply it in practice.

Practice oriented learning
Our programme offers comprehensive training, covering Levels 1 - 4 in a single package. Through practice-oriented learning with exercises, case studies, and real-world application, you will gain the skills to confidently apply Deep Democracy in diverse settings.
You'll receive individual coaching with two supervision sessions led by a certified Deep Democracy Instructor, ensuring personalized feedback and growth. As part of a strong, committed group, you ll learn and grow alongside your peers.
Finally, upon successful completion, you will achieve the highest available certification as a Deep Democracy Facilitator (Level 1 - 4), officially recognizing your expertise.
