We invite participants from Practitioner Workshops to join the Facilitator Programme from the beginning.

You start from Workshop 1, and although you already know most methods, you will have learned them from the perspective of the leader. The facilitator programme focuses on the more complex role of being an external facilitator. Everybody starting together also improves group cohesion and gives you more practice time.

If you miss less than 25% of a workshop (maximum one half day) you can still be certified for that workshop. We will miss you, but no further action will need to be taken.

If you miss a whole workshop, for example because of illness or because you knew in advance that you won't have time then, you will be able to (and for your certification also required to) make up the whole workshop in one of the two following cohorts (free of charge).

Yes, we are able to send you a PDF contract and subsequent invoice. In this case please email us at info@mrdeepdemocracy.com. Your spot will be reserved the moment we have a signed contract returned to our email inbox.

The German government offers financial support for freelancers through their initiative KOMPASS (Kompakte Hilfe für Solo-Selbstständige).

KOMPASS does not certify an education provider in advance, therefore we are not able to guarantee that you will be accepted by KOMPASS. Your application will be handled on a case by case basis.

• Financial grant of up to €4,500 (maximum 90% of the costs)

You can receive the qualification voucher if you:

• Are self-employed on a solo basis as your main source of income
• Have been active in the market for at least two years
• Have your residence and business headquarters in Germany
• Employ a maximum of one full-time employee

Your path to the grant – step by step:

• Initial consultation: You arrange a free consultation at an official KOMPASS contact point. There, your needs will be assessed. You can find all contact points here (You do not have to use the contact point closest to you, can you choose any that have appointment slots)
• Qualification voucher: After the consultation, you will receive your voucher.
• Registration: Only after you have received the voucher do you register with us for your training.
• Training & Reimbursement: You complete the training and then submit the invoice and your certificate to the relevant authority to receive reimbursement.
• Important: Please do not book your training until you have completed the consultation and received your qualification voucher. Unfortunately, retroactive funding for courses that have already started or been booked is not possible.
