Learn the foundations of Deep Democracy
The two-day Foundation Workshop gives you practical tools to work with conflict, different perspectives and group dynamics in your own team or organisation.
You’ll learn how to address tensions openly, navigate disagreement and create more inclusive conversations – without stepping out of your role within the team or relying on external mediation.
The workshop covers condensed versions of Levels 1 & 2 from the Full Facilitator Programme, giving you a practical introduction to the core Deep Democracy methods.
Upon completion, you’ll be certified in Lewis Deep Democracy Levels 1 & 2.
