The two day workshop will introduce you to the eight core tools of Deep Democracy. We will cover the content of Level 1 & Level 2 of Lewis Deep Democracy in a small interactive group.

In case of a cancellation more than six weeks before the workshop, the full ticket price can be refunded, however a 70,00€ + VAT cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of a cancellation less than six weeks before the workshop, 50% of the full ticket price can be refunded.
In case of a cancellation less than two weeks before the workshop, 0% of the full ticket price can be refunded.
Discounted tickets can not be refunded.
Certificate / CoResolve
Internationally, Lewis Deep Democracy has been divided into four Levels. This workshop is a combination workshop of the first two levels (sometimes referred to as "CoResolve"). We are able to complete it within two days because the focus is on the leader / group member facilitating in their own environment, usually during simpler or less escalated conflict situations.

You will become certified in Lewis Deep Democracy in accordance with the https://www.lewisdeepdemocracy.com/. All our instructors are certified by Myrna Lewis (the inventor of the method) personally. MR Deep Democracy is the only institute in Germany offering the internationally accredited certificate.
ICF CCE: Coaches certified with the international coaching federation gain 13 CCE credits (10hrs core competency & 3hrs resource development).
German Mediators: German government certified mediators (§5, 6 Mediationsgesetz) can count all training hours towards their mandatory ongoing training. ("Verordnung über die Aus- und Fortbildung von zertifizierten Mediatoren" (Zertifizierte-Mediatoren-Ausbildungsverordnung - ZMediatAusbV)
