We are able to complete it within two days because the focus is on the leader / group member facilitating in their own environment, usually during simpler or less escalated conflict situations.

"Very good Workshop. Structured but flexible. Breezy but competent. Valuable and enlightning. Thank you so much Marcel for opening the door to Deep Democracy. I am very curious to learn more."

- Hannah Droege

"I participated in Marcel's Deep Democracy level 1+2 training and it has profoundly expanded and deepened my knowledge on conflicts. The methods are very clear and hands-on with opportunity to practice, enabling me to apply "the argument" in a large, high-conflict group-setting, with transformative results."

- Nora Hofstetter

"As the founder and CEO of a company I can honestly say that the method of Deep Democracy is extremely helpful in working around the conflicts that are there and getting a deeper insight of how these conflicts come together and how you can work with them in a constructive way to bring the team back on track."

- Ivo Degn
